We are excited to announce that lot 07 remains the last available lot at Hudson Woods. This is the first Hudson Woods house constructed and it was held by us for the duration of the project. The house is furnished and appointed by our team and includes augmentations above and beyond many of the other Hudson Woods houses, including substantial landscaping work that has matured, a custom planter and firepit installation, a custom laundry room and other built-in shelving around the house, shades on select windows, etc.

In September 2018, the Open Space Institute opened the River-to-Ridge Trail. Opening celebrations of the six-mile loop trail brought in over 300 people.

Ty Cole is an Alabama born, New York based photographer with whom we have had the great pleasure of working on many projects.. He is one of the photographers behind Hudson Woods and recently released a book on Brutalist photography in London. He specializes in documenting the built environment but takes great pride in his environmental portraits, personal projects and landscape imagery.

A two bedroom house is now available to purchase at Hudson Woods on Lot 02 and Lot 18. The two bedroom house is 1,000 square feet with 370 square feet of covered porch. The home also features two bathrooms, a wood burning stove, full kitchen, cedar siding, decking and soffits and high-efficiency forced air heating and air conditioning. If you are planning a post memorial day weekend escape this Summer, the historic Catskill Mountain House site, is a great destination. Located near the North-South Lake campground in the Catskill Forest Preserve it is less than 40 miles north of Hudson Woods, just past the scenic Ashokan Reservoir. The escarpment on which the lakes are located is at 2,250 feet above the valley floor, providing a view of five states in clear weather. Located a short hike from the North-South campground is the site of the Catskills Mountain House, a former hotel opened in 1842.

The fall months have been gorgeous and pleasant in the Hudson Valley. As the Autumn rolls along, we are excited to announce that we are moving into Phase 4 of construction at Hudson Woods. There are now 16 homes sold and only 10 lots are left available for purchase.

With beautiful fall months approaching in the Catskills, construction at Hudson Woods continues to progress. Thirteen lots have been sold and a contract is out for Lot 1, there are only 6 lots left in "phase three" of the project. We anticipate that five of the homes sold will be move-in ready this fall including lots 11, 14, 16, 19 and 22. Additional lots are in various stages of construction and are slated to be completed any time between winter and spring of early 2016.

The Hudson Woods pool house pavilion is a modernist structure positioned alongside the Hudson Woods pool. Designed for year round use, the pool house includes a sauna, bathroom/changing room, kitchenette, outdoor shower and expansive outdoor storage.

We are excited to announce the release of seven new land parcels comprising over (30) acres in Hudson Woods. Now in "phase three," the project is advancing at a very fast pace. Ten homes have been sold and construction is active this winter.

As many of you may know, this past Saturday we hosted our launch party at Hudson Woods. We were highly excited by the turn out and wanted to send a big thank you to everyone who came out for the event. It was a great pleasure getting the Hudson Woods community together and we hope to do it again.
